Muttenhorn

The Muttenhorn is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Valais and Uri. At 3,099 metres above sea level, it overlooks the south side of Furka Pass. Muttenhorn is situated 2½ km east of Tällistafel.

Obergesteln was an independent municipality until January 1, 2009, when it merged with Oberwald and Ulrichen to form the municipality Obergoms. Obergesteln is situated 6 km southwest of Tällistafel.
