Berlin Tempelhof Airport

Berlin Tempelhof Airport was one of the first airports in Berlin, Germany. Situated in the south-central Berlin borough of Tempelhof-Schöneberg, the airport ceased operating in 2008 amid controversy. Berlin Tempelhof Airport is situated 550 metres southwest of Columbia-Haus.

Columbiahalle is a concert venue in the Tempelhof district of Berlin. Built in 1951 as a sports hall for US soldiers, it opened as a venue in 1998. It should not be confused with Columbia Theater, a former cinema on the same site, also opened in 1951 for US soldiers, which is also now a music venue. Columbiahalle is situated 440 metres west of Columbia-Haus.
