Viljandi Castle is 13th Century castle in a Viljandi, Estonia. It was built by the Livonian Order, and construction started in 1224 in place of a former hillfort, which was one of the strongest castles in Livonia. Viljandi Castle is situated 1¼ km east of Viljandi railway station.

Viiratsi is a small borough in Viljandi Parish, Viljandi County, Estonia. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 1,332. The Commander-in-chief of the Estonian Army Johan Laidoner was born in Raja farmstead near Viiratsi, site now located in nearby Vardja village. Viiratsi is situated 4 km east of Viljandi railway station.
