Higashinari-ku is one of 24 wards of Osaka, Japan. As of September 2010, it had a total population of 79,435. The ward is located east of Osaka City, and is bordered clockwise north by: Jōtō-ku ward, the core city of Higashiōsaka, and the wards of Ikuno-ku, Tennōji-ku, and Chūō-ku.

Ikuno-ku is one of the 24 wards residing in the prefecture of Osaka, Japan. It is well known for the Ikuno Korea Town in the Tsuruhashi area. The area has historically had a large number of Korean people, particularly Korean Japanese citizens living there, as well as for its large number of yakiniku restaurants. Ikuno-ku is situated 2½ km southwest of 坂上印房.
