Haflong is a town and the headquarters of the Dima Hasao district of the northeast Indian state of Assam. It is the only hill station in the state. Haflong is situated 4½ km south of Dishru Village.

Jatinga, a village on a ridge, is located in Dima Hasao district, Assam, India. It is 330 kilometres south of Guwahati The village is inhabited by about 2,500 Khasi people. It is well known for being the location of mysterious bird deaths. Jatinga is situated 8 km south of Dishru Village.
