Amanohashidate, the meaning of which is roughly bridge in heaven, is a 3.6-km-long, pine tree covered sand bar. It spans across Miyazu Bay on the Tango Peninsula, northern Kyoto Prefecture. It is ranked as one of Japan's three most scenic views.

Nariai-ji is a Buddhist temple located in the Nariai neighborhood of the city of Miyazu, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It belongs to the Hashidate Shingon sect of Japanese Buddhism and its honzon is a hibutsu statue of Sho-Kannon Bosatsu. Nariai-ji Temple is situated 1½ km northwest of Fuchū.
