The museum building is a cultural heritage monument in Armenia. Ara Sargsyan’s & Hakob Kojoyan’s museum is situated 110 metres southwest of Library for Architecture.

Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum is a literary museum based in Yerevan, Armenia. It was founded on April 5, 1953, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the death of one of the most famous Armenian poets Hovhannes Tumanyan. Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum is situated 140 metres north of Library for Architecture.
