The National Library of Kosovo is the highest library institution in Kosovo established by the Assembly and is located in Pristina. The mission of the library is to collect, preserve, promote and make accessible the documentary and intellectual heritage of Kosovo. Pristina railway station is the central railway station in the city of Pristina, the capital of Kosovo. It opened on Tirana Boulevard in 1936, having been constructed by a French/British company. Pristina Railway Station is situated 540 metres east of Monuni.
