Itchan Kala

Itchan Kala is the walled inner town of the city of Khiva, Uzbekistan. Since 1990, it has been protected as a World Heritage Site. The old town retains more than 50 historic monuments and 250 old houses, dating primarily from the eighteenth or nineteenth centuries. Itchan Kala is situated 510 metres southeast of Istiklol.

Kalta Minor Minaret

Kaltaminor is a memorial minaret in Khiva. It is located on the front side of the Muhammad Amin Khan madrasa and sometimes considered as part of it. Kalta Minor Minaret is situated 390 metres southeast of Istiklol.

Ota Gate is the western gate of the Itchan Kala, in the walled inner town of the city of Khiva, Uzbekistan. It was built during the reign of Olloqulixon in 1828-29 and is also known as the Shermuhammad Gate. Aa Darvoza (West Gate) is situated 330 metres southeast of Istiklol.
