Ishratkhana Mausoleum

The Ishratkhana Mausoleum is an architectural monument-mausoleum in Samarkand, built during the reign of the Timurid ruler Abu Said. The building, apparently, was the burial place of the female members of the Timurid dynasty, as several female graves were discovered during the excavations in 1940. Ishratkhana Mausoleum is situated 1½ km east of Hijoma Shifo.

Chorsu, also called Charsu, in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, is a domed, hexagonal shape building with a large central dome surrounded by six smaller domes. Chorsu is located at southeast of the Registan at the intersection of the roads connecting Samarkand, Tashkent, Bukhara, and Shahrisabz. Chorsu is situated 2 km north of Hijoma Shifo.
