The Blauhöhle is the largest known cave system in the Swabian Alps in southern Germany. The Blauhöhle presumably originated in a time when the Danube still flowed through the Blau valley. Blauhöhle is situated 480 metres east of Entdeckerschacht Vetterhöhle.
