The Watts Point volcanic centre is a small outcrop of Pleistocene age volcanic rock at Watts Point in British Columbia, Canada, about 10 kilometres south of Squamish and 40 kilometres north of Vancouver, and just north of Britannia Beach.

Britannia Mines Concentrator

The Britannia Mines Concentrator is a National Historic Site of Canada. The large, inclined gravity mill was built on the northwest side of Mount Sheer to assist the transfer of copper ore through the chemical and mechanical processes of the plant. Britannia Mines Concentrator is situated 2 km south of Israel’s Cave.

Locality
Woodfibre, originally Britannia West, was a pulp mill and at one time a small company town, on the west side of upper Howe Sound near Squamish, British Columbia. The mill closed in March 2006. Woodfibre is situated 4½ km northwest of Israel’s Cave.

Squamish is a town of about 20,000 people in the Sea to Sky region of British Columbia half-way between Vancouver and Whistler. Squamish calls itself "the Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada" due to the abundant rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing, kayaking, bouldering, white-water rafting, horseback riding, scuba diving and other activities readily available in the area.
