Jakab-hegy is a mountain in the Mecsek range in Hungary. Its highest point is 602 metres above sea level, making it the fourth-highest peak in the Mecsek after Zengő, Tubes and Hármas-hegy. Jakab-hegy is situated 3½ km south of Henrik-barlang.
