The Tottori Sand Dunes are sand dunes located outside the city center of Tottori in Tottori Prefecture, Japan. With a length of 9 miles and a width of less than 1.5 miles, it is the largest sand dune in Japan.

The Tottori Sand Museum was opened on November 18, 2006, in Tottori, Japan, close to the Tottori Sand Dunes, displaying sand sculptures in temporary facilities.
