Xi'erqi station is an interchange station between Line 13 and the Changping Line on the Beijing Subway. The station has relocated to a new location several hundreds meters north on December 25, 2010, to ease transfer between the two lines when the new Changping Line opened, and the original station was then defunct, but was not demolished until August 2020.

Qinghe railway station is a railway station in Beijing. The old station's construction began in 1905 and opened in 1906. The station closed on October 31, 2016, to be rebuilt into a new high-speed railway station on the Beijing-Baotou Passenger-Dedicated Line opened on December 30, 2019. Qinghe is situated 1½ km southeast of Xi’erqi.

Dongbeiwang station is a station on Line 18 of the Beijing Subway, which opened on December 27, 2025. In December 2027, the station will be transferred to become part of the new Line 13. Dongbeiwang is situated 1 km west of Xi’erqi.

Dongsheng Town is a town on the eastern side of Haidian District, Beijing, China. Its population was 58,151 as of 2020. The name Dongsheng literally translates to "rising from the east“. Dongsheng is situated 7 km south of Xi’erqi.
