Jingo-ji is a Buddhist temple in Kyoto. It stands on Mount Takao to the northwest of the center of the city. The temple adheres to Shingon Buddhism. Its principal image is a statue of Bhaisajyaguru, the Buddha of Healing or "Medicine Buddha". Jingo Temple is situated 1¼ km north of Ayamegaoka Observatory.

Otagi Nenbutsu-ji is a Buddhist temple located in the hillside of the Arashiyama neighborhood of Kyoto, Japan. It is known for the 1,200 moss-covered arhat statues that cover the hillside around the temple grounds. Otagi Nenbutsu Temple is situated 1½ km southwest of Ayamegaoka Observatory.
