Named after Eugen Kvaternik, a 19th-century politician, it marks the intersection of Vlaška Street, Dragutin Domjanić Street, Maksimirska Street, Vjekoslav Heinzel Avenue, and Šubićeva Street. Eugen Kvaternik Square is situated 130 metres north of Trzni Centar Kvatric.
