The Museum of History and Civilizations is a national archaeological museum in Rabat, Morocco. Established as the Rabat Archaeological Museum in 1932, it reopened under its current name in April 2017 following renovation. Hassan Tower or Tour Hassan is the minaret of an incomplete mosque in Rabat, Morocco. It was commissioned by Abu Yusuf Yaqub al-Mansur, the third caliph of the Almohad Caliphate, near the end of the 12th century. Hassan’s Tower is situated 1½ km northeast of Villa des Arts.
