Shun Hing Square, also known as "Di Wang Tower" is a 384-meter -tall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China. Upon its completion in 1996, it became the tallest building in China, until being surpassed by CITIC Plaza in the next year. Shun Hing Square is situated 180 metres north of Hoka.

KK100, formerly known as Kingkey 100 and Kingkey Finance Tower, is a 100-story, 442 m supertall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Kingkey 100 is situated 500 metres northwest of Hoka.

Grand Theater station, formerly Dajuyuan is an interchange station between Line 1, Line 2 and Line 5 of the Shenzhen Metro. The Line 1 platforms opened on 28 December 2004, the Line 2 platforms opened on 28 June 2011 and the Line 5 platforms opened on 28 December 2025. Grand Theater Station is situated 270 metres west of Hoka.
