The Museum of Applied Arts is a museum in Budapest, Hungary. It is the third-oldest applied arts museum in the world. It was established by the Hungarian Parliament in 1872 to collect applied artworks, historical and contemporary, from Hungary and around the world. Museum of Applied Arts is situated 330 metres southeast of Itt és Most Társulat.

The idea of building such a large market hall arose from the first mayor of Budapest, Károly Kamermayer, and it was his largest investment.
