Jim Whelan , formerly known as the Historic Atlantic City Convention Hall, is a multi-purpose indoor arena in . Built from 1926 to 1929, it was Atlantic City's primary convention center until the opening of the new in 1997.

Trump Plaza was a hotel and casino on the Boardwalk in , owned by Trump Entertainment Resorts. Designed by architect Alan Lapidus, it operated from May 14, 1984, until September 16, 2014.
