Brooklyn Bridge

The Brooklyn Bridge is a cable-stayed suspension bridge in New York City, spanning the East River between the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Opened on May 24, 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge was the first fixed crossing of the East River. Brooklyn Bridge is situated 2,600 feet northwest of Brooklyn Bridge Walkway Entrance.

Sands Street station

Sands Street was a station on the demolished BMT Myrtle Avenue Line. It was a large complex with two levels. The lower level served trains going to Park Row in Manhattan via the Brooklyn Bridge Elevated Line. Sands Street station is situated 330 feet south of Brooklyn Bridge Walkway Entrance.
