  • Inscription: “同心桥原为徐家渡人行吊桥，建于1983年1月，横跨南盘江，连接澄江和宜良，2008年江水暴涨，吊桥损毁严重，后经修复仍存在较大安全隐患，经两县人民政府研究决定重新修建一座公路桥梁。工程于2012年5月开工建设，2013年4月15日桥梁全面建成通车，总投资为300余万元：整座标梁设计荷载为公路—Ⅱ级，桥梁上部结构为4一20米预应力混凝土空心桥板，下部结构为钢筋混凝土独柱墩，桥面总宽为5.5米，行车道宽4.5米，标梁总长87米。”
