Istiklal Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was named after Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta, the national mosque of Indonesia, since the mosque was a gift from the Indonesian people and government for Bosnia and Herzegovina as a token of solidarity and friendship between the two nations. Istiklal Mosque, Sarajevo is situated 400 metres northwest of Safeta Hadžića.

It is currently a home ground to SFK 2000, while it was also a home ground to a former FK Olimpik from 1993 to 2021. The stadium capacity is 3,000 seats. Stadion Otoka is situated 490 metres northwest of Safeta Hadžića.
