Khanjyan is a town in the Armavir Province of Armenia. The town founded as a sovkhoz in 1957. It was named in honor of Aghasi Khanjian, former first secretary of the Communist Party of Armenia and a victim of the Great Purge.

Lukashin, is a village in the Armavir Province of Armenia. It is named after Sargis Lukashin, President of the Armenian Council of People's Commissars. Lukashin is situated 2½ km east of Khanjyan.

Hatsik is a town in the Armavir Province of Armenia. The town was founded in 1933. It was named in honor of Kliment Voroshilov, a Soviet politician, and later called Nairi from 1963 to 1991. Population is 2973. Hatsik is situated 2½ km southwest of Khanjyan.
