The Exchange

The Exchange is an area of central , in the of . The area was the original heart of Dunedin's CBD, although that has now moved north to an area around the city's central plaza and George Street, which leads north from it.

The Grand Casino opened in 1999 in the city of in New Zealand. It is located in The Exchange, a district situated 0.5 kilometres south of the city centre, in the historic Southern Cross Hotel building, at the corner of Princes Street and High Street.
