Skull Tower is a stone structure embedded with human skulls located in Niš, Serbia. It was constructed by the Ottoman Empire following the Battle of Čegar of May 1809, during the First Serbian Uprising. Skull Tower is situated 800 metres south of Staroplaninski užitak.

Bulevar Nemanjića, formerly Bulevar Lenjina and commonly known as Bulevar, is a street and urban neighbourhood of Niš, in southeastern Serbia. Bulevar is located in the center of Medijana municipality, bordered to the south by the boulevard itself, to the north of the Nišava river and to the east by the neighborhood of Trošarina.
