King Michael I Park, formerly Herăstrău Park, is a large park on the northern side of Bucharest, Romania, around Lake Herăstrău, one of the lakes formed by the Colentina River.

The monument, designed by Petre Antonescu, was built in 1921–22, renovated in 1935–36, and renovated again starting in 2014. Triumphal Arch is situated 1¼ km southwest of Muzeul Ecluza Herăstrău.
