Midtown-Edmondson is a mixed-use neighborhood in western Baltimore City developed mostly between the 1880s and the 1910s. It is a large industrial brick building designed by Mortimer & Company and constructed by Fidelity Construction in 1910-11 for the American Ice Company, a business that manufactured and delivered ice throughout the Mid-Atlantic and South.
