Suspension bridge Charles Kuonen

At the time of its opening in July 2017, the Charles Kuonen Suspension Bridge was the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the world. It is located in Randa, Switzerland and replaced the defunct Europabrücke, which had been damaged by a rock slide. Suspension bridge Charles Kuonen is situated 1½ km north of Kinhütte.

The hut lies on the western sloped of the Dom, at a height of 2,940 m above sea level, near the bottom of the Festigletscher glacier in the Pennine Alps. Dom Hut is situated 2 km northeast of Kinhütte.
