Kennin-ji is a historic Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto, Japan, and head temple of its associated branch of Rinzai Buddhism. It is considered to be one of the so-called Kyoto Gozan or "five most important Zen temples of Kyoto". Kennin-ji is situated 210 metres north of Rokudouchin-nouji.

Rokuharamitsu-ji is a Buddhist temple located in the Rokkaku-dori Matsubara-dori Yamato-oji Higashiiru neighborhood of Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto, Japan. It belongs to the Shingon-shū Chisan-ha sect of Japanese Buddhism and its honzon is a hibutsu statue of Jūichimen Kannon that is designated a National Treasure. Rokuharamitsuji Temple is situated 240 metres southwest of Rokudouchin-nouji.
