The Sonnenjoch is a mountain in the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol, Austria. The summit has a height of 2,287 m The Sonnenjoch lies between Alpbachtal, Wildschönau and Kelchsau. Sonnenjoch is situated 3 km northwest of Martl Erlaualm.

The Salzachgeier is a rugged peak on the edge of the Kitzbühel Alps on the border of the Austrian states of Salzburg and Tyrol. In the cirques and high alpine meadows of its eastern slopes and the two neighbouring peaks of Fünfmandling and Schwebenkopf are the headstreams of the Salzach, the largest river north of the Salzburg Central Alps. Salzachgeier is situated 4 km southeast of Martl Erlaualm.
