The Lake Champlain Bridge is a vehicular bridge traversing Lake Champlain between Crown Point, New York and Chimney Point, Vermont. It replaced an older bridge that was demolished in 2009. Lake Champlain Bridge is situated 900 feet southwest of Historical Marker: Chimney Point.

It was located in modern New York State across the lake from modern Vermont at the town of Crown Point, New York.
