Abetifi is a small town in south Ghana and is the capital of Kwahu East district, a district in the Eastern Region of south Ghana. Abetifi is situated 9 km southeast of Hweehwee.

Pepease is the second largest town in the Kwahu East District, in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The town is home to the St Dominic Catholic Senior High School and the Modak Royal Hotel. Pepease is situated 10 km east of Hweehwee.
