Maritime Square is a four-storey shopping centre located on Tsing Yi Island in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It was built and is owned by MTR Corporation in conjunction with the opening of Tsing Yi station.
Villa Esplanada

Villa Esplanada is a private housing estate developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, China Resources and Cheung Kong on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. It is located on the former site of the relocated oil depots on Nga Ying Chau, which was a separate island until it became part of Tsing Yi Island through land reclamation.

Tsing Yi Promenade is a promenade along the northeastern seafront of Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong. It was built in stages from 2001 to 2004. The Promenade faces Rambler Channel, from Greenfield Garden, through Tsing Yi Pier and Maritime Square to Cheung Fat Estate.

Tam Kon Shan is a levelled hill on a hammerhead-like peninsula situated between Moon Tsai Tong and Cheung Shue Tau on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. The peninsula was flat but slightly curved upward in the middle, resembling a bamboo carrying pole, which gave the hill its name, Tam Kon.
