Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church of Hakodate is a Japanese Orthodox Church in the city of Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan. The first purpose-built Orthodox Christian church to open in Japan was the wooden Russian Consulate chapel of the Resurrection of Christ, in Hakodate, Hokkaido, consecrated in October 1860. Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church is situated 550 metres west of Hokkaido Sakamoto Ryoma Museum.

Ōtani Hongan-ji Hakodate Betsu-in is a branch temple of Higashi Hongan-ji in Hakodate, Hokkaidō, Japan. Rebuilt after a fire in 1907, it is the first temple in Japan built with reinforced concrete. Ōtani Hongan-ji Hakodate Betsu-in is situated 390 metres west of Hokkaido Sakamoto Ryoma Museum.
