Ramla Bay is a bay with a beach of reddish-coloured sand in Gozo, in the Maltese Islands. It lies on the north-east coast of the island, between the bays of Marsalforn and San Blas. The closest village is Xagħra. Ramla Bay is situated 110 metres northeast of Ramla bay Roman villa.
Calypso’s Cave

Calypso's Cave is a natural cave, located on the western side of the Ramla bay, near the town of Xagħra, on the island of Gozo. The cave is alleged to be the one referenced in the Odyssey as the cave where the nymph Calypso kept Odysseus prisoner for seven years after his ship was wrecked after a fierce storm. Calypso’s Cave is situated 320 metres west of Ramla bay Roman villa.
