The National Museum of Romanian Aviation is an aviation museum owned by the General Staff of the Romanian Air Force. The museum was established on 2 March 1990, being initially located on the Otopeni military base. National Museum of Romanian Aviation is situated 570 metres southwest of Pipera metro station.

It lies on the western end of the Pipera industrial platform, close to an intersection of three boulevards. Aurel Vlaicu metro station is situated 1¼ km west of Pipera metro station.
