Djouce

Djouce at 725 metres, is the 74th–highest peak in Ireland on the Arderin scale, and the 91st–highest peak on the Vandeleur-Lynam scale. Djouce is situated in the northeastern section of the Wicklow Mountains, and dominates the views of the Wicklow Mountains from Roundwood to Newtownmountkennedy. Djouce is situated 3 km northwest of Ballinastoe Trail centre.

Victor’s Way

Victor's Way, located near Roundwood, County Wicklow, Ireland, is a privately owned meditation garden which contains black granite sculptures. The 22-acre property contains over 30 sculptures. Victor’s Way is situated 2½ km south of Ballinastoe Trail centre.

Lough Tay

Lough Tay is a small but scenic lake set on private property in the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. The lake lies between the mountains of Djouce 725 metres, and Luggala 595 metres, and is dominated by Luggala's east-facing granite cliffs. Lough Tay is situated 3½ km west of Ballinastoe Trail centre.

Roundwood is a small village in the hills of County Wicklow in Ireland, with a population in 2016 of 948. Its Irish name is An Tóchar, "the causeway" which probably refers to the approaches to the nearby monastic centre of Glendalough; but the main reason to be here is to hike its trails.

Newtownmountkennedy is a small town in County Wicklow, Ireland. It developed within the historic townland of Ballygarny, although all that remains is a motte where a church, graveyard and a castle or tower house once stood just 0.85 km north of the town. Newtownmountkennedy is situated 7 km east of Ballinastoe Trail centre.
