Miharu Takizakura
The Miharu Takizakura is an ancient cherry tree in Miharu, Fukushima, in northern Japan. It is a weeping higan cherry and is over 1,000 years old. It flowers in mid to late April, and its light pink flowers spread in all directions from the branches, like a waterfall.Photo: 京浜にけ, CC BY-SA 3.0.

Miharu Dam is a concrete gravity dam on the Ōtakine River, a branch of the Abukuma River in the town of Miharu, Fukushima in the Tōhoku region of Japan. The dam was completed in 1997. Miharu Dam is situated 2½ km west of Miharu Takizakura.
