Barekamutyun

Railway stop

Barekamutyun is one of the two terminal stations of the Yerevan Metro, opened on 7 March 1981. The station is located in the center of Yerevan, in the Arabkir District, with access to Marshal Baghramyan Avenue, Kievyan, Hrachia Kochar, Kalents, and Vazgen I Streets. Barekamutyun is situated 250 metres southeast of VTB.

Armenian Genocide Memorial

The Armenian Genocide Memorial complex is Armenia's official memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian genocide, built in 1967 on the hill of Tsitsernakaberd in Yerevan. Armenian Genocide Memorial is situated 1½ km south of VTB.

Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, also known as Demirchyan Arena, Sports & Music Complex, or simply Hamalir, is a large multi-purpose sports and concert complex with 184 stairs leading up Tsitsernakaberd hill which dominates over the western parts of Yerevan, near the Hrazdan River gorge. Karen Demirtchian Sport/Concert Complex is situated 1¼ km southwest of VTB.

Arabkir, is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Located to the north of the city centre, Arabkir is bordered by the Davtashen District from the northwest, Ajapnyak District from the west, Kentron District from the south, and Kanaker-Zeytun District from the east.

Kond is one of the oldest quarters of Yerevan. It is situated within the boundaries of the modern-day Kentron District of the capital of Armenia. According to Hovhannes Shahkhatunyants, an Armenian historian, Kond is located at the western and southern hillsides and foot of a rocky hill with similar name.
