kv. Pobeda

Pobeda is a district of , Bulgaria. Inhabited by predominantly Muslim Turkish Roma, it is one of the largest Romani communities in Bulgaria. Pobeda's population suffers from several issues, including high rates of dropping out of education and dismantlement of housing.
