Villeneuve VD railway station is a railway station in the municipality of Villeneuve, in the Swiss canton of Vaud. It is an intermediate stop on the standard gauge Simplon line of Swiss Federal Railways.

Île de Peilz

The Île de Peilz is a minute island at the eastern end of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, close to Villeneuve, Vaud. Measuring a few dozen square metres and featuring a monumental London plane tree, it is the smallest and the only natural island in the lake.

The Malatraix is a mountain and ridge of the Swiss Prealps, overlooking Lake Geneva in the canton of Vaud. The summit is 1,931 metres high, while the rocky part of the southwestern ridge culminates at 1,768 metres.

Veytaux is a municipality in the Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut district in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. The Château de Chillon across the Avenue de Chillon on Lake Geneva provides a view of the entire lake looking westward. Veytaux is situated 2½ km north of Valleyre.
