The Fromberghorn is a mountain of the Bernese Alps, located between Diemtigen and Reichenbach im Kandertal in the Bernese Oberland. It lies just south of the Niesen. Fromberghorn is situated 3 km north of Gunngstand.

Frutigen is a railway station in the Swiss canton of Bern and municipality of Frutigen. The station is located on the Lötschberg line of the BLS AG, and is the junction point where the routes via the older Lötschberg tunnel and the more recent Lötschberg base tunnel diverge. Frutigen railway station is situated 3 km southeast of Gunngstand.
