St. Nicholas Church is the oldest of the three major parish churches of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund in Germany. It was dedicated in 1279 to Saint Nicholas of Myra, the patron saint of sailors.

Parow is a village a few miles north of Stralsund in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It is part of the municipality Kramerhof. First traces of settlements can be traced back to the Stone Age, based on findings of arrow heads, wedges and fireplaces. Parow is situated 4 km northwest of Hafeninsel.
