Tustan was a Medieval cliff-side fortress-city and customs site of the 9th–16th centuries, an Old Rus' cliff-side defensive complex. Its remains are located in the Ukrainian Carpathians, in the Skole district of the Lviv Oblast, near the village of Urych, southwards from the town of Boryslav and to the southern-east from the village of Skhidnytsia. Fortress of Tustan is situated 2½ km east of Лопотаня.

Urych is a village in Stryi Raion, Lviv Oblast, of Western Ukraine. It belongs to Skole urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Local government is administered by the Pidhorodetska village council. Urych is situated 3 km southeast of Лопотаня.

Skhidnytsia is a rural settlement in Lviv Oblast, Western Ukraine. The settlement is part of Drohobych Raion and represented by the local Skhidnytsia Settlement Council. Skhidnytsia is situated 4½ km northwest of Лопотаня.
