The Parnidis Dune is a drifting coastal sand dune on the Curonian Spit, southeast of Nida, Lithuania, near the Lithuania-Russia border of the spit. It is almost entirely bare and reaches a height of 52 metres above sea level.

In terms of population, it is the second smallest municipality of the country. Nida is the seat of government and largest settlement in Neringa Municipality.
