Tokmak, formerly known as Velykyi Tokmak is a small city in Polohy Raion, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, in south-central Ukraine. It stands on the Tokmak River, a tributary of the Molochna. Tokmak is situated 7 km south of Chervonohirka.
