Botev Peak is, at 2,376 metres above sea level, the highest peak of the Balkan Mountains in southeastern Europe. It is located close to the geographic centre of Bulgaria, and is part of the Central Balkan National Park.

Raysko Praskalo, 124.5 m in height, is the highest permanent waterfall in Bulgaria and probably in the Balkan Peninsula. It is a popular tourist destination. The waterfall is among the 100 Tourist Sites of Bulgaria of the Bulgarian Tourist Union. Raysko Praskalo is situated 2 km south of РРТС „Връх Ботев”.
