Aughnacloy, sometimes spelt Auchnacloy, is a village in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Close to the border with County Monaghan in the Republic of Ireland, the village is about 20 km southwest of Dungannon, and 7 km southeast of Ballygawley. Aughnacloy is situated 7 km northeast of Greagh.

It is on the main Dublin to Derry and Letterkenny road, the N2, about 10 kilometres north of Monaghan and 8 km south of Aughnacloy. Emyvale is situated 9 km southeast of Greagh.
